Welcome to PSZ Sports “Khelo” (the “App”), owned and operated by Pronext Sports Zone OPC Pvt Ltd (“Company”, “PSZ Sports”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”).

This App provides sports facility booking, academy management, tournament registration, and coach discovery services.

By accessing or using the App, you (“User”, “You”, or “Your”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms comply with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable Indian laws.

• Turf and sports facility booking
• Sports academy registration
• Coaching session booking
• Tournament registrations
• Find the Coach feature
• Sports event and training management

PSZ Sports reserves the right to modify or discontinue services without prior notice.

5. USER ACCOUNT

To access services, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:
• Provide accurate information
• Maintain account confidentiality
• Not share login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all account activities

PSZ Sports reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if misuse or false information is detected.

6. BOOKINGS AND CONFIRMATION

Bookings are confirmed only after:
• Successful payment, OR
• Official confirmation from PSZ Sports

PSZ Sports may cancel or reschedule bookings due to:
• Maintenance
• Weather conditions
• Emergency situations
• Operational reasons

7. PAYMENTS

Payments may be made using approved payment methods available in the App.

PSZ Sports is not responsible for payment failures caused by banks or technical errors.

8. CANCELLATION AND REFUND

Refunds may be provided only if:
• PSZ Sports cancels the booking
• Service becomes unavailable

Refunds may not be provided if:
• User fails to attend session
• User cancels late

Refund processing time: 5–10 working days.

9. FIND THE COACH FEATURE

PSZ Sports acts only as a platform.

We do NOT guarantee:
• Coaching quality
• Coaching results
• Coach availability

Users agree PSZ Sports is not liable for disputes with coaches.

10. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

Users must NOT:
• Provide false information
• Damage facilities
• Misuse the App
• Engage in illegal activities
• Harass others

Violation may result in account suspension or legal action.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All App content is property of Pronext Sports Zone OPC Pvt Ltd.
Unauthorized use is prohibited.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

PSZ Sports is not responsible for:
• Injuries
• Coaching results
• Technical issues
• Service interruptions

Users participate at their own risk.

13. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

14. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

Accounts may be terminated for violations or fraud.

15. PRIVACY

User data is handled as per our Privacy Policy.

16. COMMUNICATION CONSENT

Users agree to receive notifications via WhatsApp, SMS, Email, etc.
